The Hotel Gasthof Am Riedl is situated in the heart of Salzburg's incredible nature, approximately eight kilometres from the city of Salzburg. Arriving by car
- Take the A1 motorway (arriving from Munich or Vienna) to the "Thalgau" exit.
- Turn onto the Russenstraße road from the exit.
- Follow this road until it ends at the Enzersbergstraße road.
- You will be at a roundabout – take the first exit towards Wolfgangsee (Wolfgangsee Bundesstraße/B158) and follow this road.
- Turn left onto Koppler Straße.
- After driving about 300 metres on Koppler Straße, turn right onto Eisenstraße.
- Continue driving on Eisenstraße.
- You will reach the Hotel Gasthof Am Riedl in approximately 600 metres.
Arriving by bus and train
- Travel by train to the Salzburg Hauptbahnhof (main station).
- The bus terminal is located directly in front of the main station. Take ÖBB bus 150 towards "ATO Bad Ischl Bahnhof".
- After an approximately 20-minute drive, exit the bus at the "ATS Koppl bei Salzburg – Sperrbrücke" stop.
- On the main street, walk a few metres in the direction from which the bus came.
- About eight metres later, turn left onto Koppler Straße and continue walking.
- After about 300 metres, turn onto Eisenstraße.
- You will reach the Hotel Gasthof Am Riedl in approximately 600 metres.
Arriving by plane
- Fly to Salzburg Airport W. A. Mozart.
- You will find the "Airport Kröbenfelderstraße" bus stop directly outside the airport.
- Take bus 2 towards "Obergnigl (Wendestelle)".
- Exit the bus at the "Kiesel" bus stop, about 20 minutes from the airport.
- Here, change buses – take ÖBB bus 150 towards "ATO Bad Ischl Bahnhof".
- After an approximately 20-minute drive, exit the bus at the "ATS Koppl bei Salzburg – Sperrbrücke" stop.
- On the main street, walk a few metres in the direction from which the bus came.
